Job Description:

The Software Engineer will be part of an agile development team, building and working on new product development initiatives for Byonic planform. It’s a hands-on position requiring full stack development skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop products and applications by producing clean, efficient code
  • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
  • Review and debug code
  • Perform validation and verification testing

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in designing and developing web-based applications
  • 2+ Years of experience in Python, Angular JS, MySQL & Postgres
  • Experience in agile product development methodology and work with team distributed in multiple geographies
  • Experienced in developing enterprise level applications, complex server setups and API integrations
  • Should have a good understanding of both Frontend as well as Backend development

Responsibilities – What we expect from you:

  • Working with Sales and Product Marketing, develop and execute B2B holistic campaigns from digital inbound to sales engagements.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive buyer journeys that span digital, pre-sales, and post-sales campaigns.
  • Develop and execute an enterprise omnichannel demand generation strategy that is aligned with the sales team to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Own content deliverables across the entire marketing funnel, track and optimize performance at each stage in the funnel and create a predictable and healthy demand engine.
  • Define requirements for content and creative materials necessary to optimize lead acquisition and conversion and create email content.
  • Employ best practices to achieve growth goals while also experimenting with creative strategies and less-proven tactics.
  • Continually optimize programs to ensure customer acquisition costs are in line with the return-on-investment goals.
  • Collaborate across the organization to create an Enterprise email-integrated marketing strategy that inspires prospects to engage with Bython products and the sales team.
  • Work with Marketing Ops to build nurture emails, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
  • Create programs for all stages of the funnel that includes generating new opportunities, nurturing them to generate MQLs, creating bottom-funnel programs to convert MQLs to opportunities, providing late-stage opportunity support to help close deals, and developing advocacy programs to achieve high retention.
  • Manage the creative agency to create needed graphics and set up HTML for all email sends.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop leads, drive engagement with target accounts, create pipelines, and meet revenue forecasts.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • B2B experience marketing to enterprise organizations required.
  • 5 7+ years of experience in demand generation and enterprise marketing preferably in the demand
  • generation industry.
  • Currently certified in Marketo , 1 2 years of Salesforce knowledge, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing agencies and outside consultants.
  • Record of success working with a B2B sales team, delivering qualified leads, buyer engagement, and
  • Data-driven leader that has experience developing a KPI framework, optimizing metrics, and tracking
  • performance against growth goals.
  • A strong understanding of marketing automation, Salesforce, lead scoring, data, data segmentation,
